The Duck is a two-story family owned and operated retail store offering the latest in men's, women's and children's clothing, shoes, toys, gifts, accessories and housewares. 

Located on the corner of 5th and Oak Street in downtown Hood River, Oregon, we are an hour's drive from Portland through the breathtaking scenery of the Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area.

Our store is focused on providing affordable, modern, and when we can, eco-friendly fashions and products for the whole family.  Our commitment to environmental sustainability begins with the designers and brands we carry, and continues with the wind/solar power and post-consumer recycled wrapping papers we use in our store. 

We love carpooling or biking to work, buying locally-made when we can, and being a destination where you can find something for everyone .
